I thought I would post this for you mom. This is how Kodie moves around the house. She always is running. Never walks. Then there is tornado Caleb who is always knocking Kodie down. Good thing she is a tough cookie.

Cindy's pond to play with

This is the little pond that you can see from Kodie's bedroom window or the back deck. I hope we can clean the cattails out and make this a really cute pond. It has a lot of frogs and I know Todd is looking forward to Caleb bringing a frog to show him.

When Todd was putting the second coat of paint on the wall in Caleb's bedroom 4 deer came right up to the window. Of course we didn't have the camera ready to go but we did get one picture of a deer.

Utterly Exhausted!

I just wanted to let you all know that I am following your blogs but I am too exhausted to comment on sites. Helping with Todd and Amanda's new house is exhausting but rewarding. We got two bedrooms painted and the black paint in the living rooms is all covered up with stain block. What a difference. They are going to have a beautiful house. I love you all and enjoy your blogs,

Manda and Todd's house

Well we all started working on their house. We are sort of going a little backards because Manda was able to get a GREAT deal!!!! from her work on flooring and carpeting if it was put in this week. So we are going to paint with lots of drop cloths now but it was worth it. What a difference the flooring has made already. We got the stain kill on two of the bedrooms and now we have to put it on the living room and kitchen. We are all getting so excited. We still have a lot of work but it will be so worth it.

Update

Well things seem to going along for Amanda and Todd. Today at 11 am they close on their house and become homeowners for the first time. I guess the work starts but we are all excited to see their house come to life. We hope to take pictures of the transformation and post for all to see.

Caleb is completely potty trained. Day and night! Kodie is a stitch. She likes to sit on the little potty when Caleb is on the pot. She is so cute. She will get off and look in the pot to see if she deposited anything.

I am home today. We are getting windows put in our porch. This is the first step in making it a year around room. I am taking advantage of being home today. I made a pan of cinnamon rolls, 5 loaves of oatmeal bread, cleaned my desk, got organized for taxes and waiting on Lyn to come for lunch. Not sure what I'm going to do this afternoon. Maybe I will clean a closet and make cookies for Caleb and Kodie.

Lyn and Ryan are doing well. Lyn is finally healthy and Ryan is trying to get there. Both of their jobs are going well. They are hoping to move back this way before June. That is when their lease is up on their apt.
